✳️ *Multiple Vision: To Live Better, We Must Learn to Observe*
We live in restless times, where conflict seems to overshadow connection. People and nations lock themselves within their own certainties, wielding them as shields and swords. The "other" is no longer a horizon to explore but an obstacle to overcome.
*Single Vision* dominates collective thought: a rigid, self-referential perspective that sees only itself and rejects everything else. Those who confine themselves to a single point of view cease to truly see.
_*But there is another way to look at the world*-_
*Gregory Bateson* and *William Blake* understood this deeply. “Two descriptions are better than one,” stated Bateson, while Blake warned us of the danger of a mind imprisoned by its own logic:
"May God us keep from Single vision & Newton’s sleep.”
*What if we tried to observe differently?*
What if we accepted that every reality can be described in multiple ways, that our individual perspective is just one among countless possibilities?
This is the idea behind *Multiple Vision* a song I created by intertwining the thoughts of these two great minds with the evocative power of music. A sonic journey across diverse genres, because no single style alone can fully capture the complexity of the world.
At its core, a simple and urgent message: *No more wars!*
Wars, both large and small, are born from the inability to see through the eyes of others. They feed on one-sided narratives, on stories distorted and broken by hatred. But where there is a double description, where there is space for dialogue, there is also the possibility of a different future.
That is why I believe in the words of *Pope Francis:*
"Music is beauty, it is an instrument of peace, it is a language that all peoples speak to reach the heart of everyone; it can help human coexistence.”
