Must Be Seven! This is a Billy Strings song that was so fun to learn. I love all the solos we got to do in this one, and I must say I'm quite pleased with how I was able to nail that last bit of mine at 2:50. It took a ton of practice but it definitely paid off! Also, I'm aware the mandolin and banjo mics weren't loud enough. We got stuck with no sound guy an hour before the concert and had to scramble to set everything up, with no chance to do a proper sound check. All things considered I'd say we pulled it off pretty well, but we will be certain to obtain a better sound setup next semester haha.
The band, from left to right, is Chris on guitar, Micah on mando, Mr. Phil on bass, Mary Beth, Lindsey, and Ashley on vocals, me on banjo, and Nat on fiddle. Such a great group!
