MY SAILOR, MY LOVE is directed by Klaus Härö. Synopsis: My Sailor, My Love is a heartwarming last love story directed by Klaus Härö and set on Achill Island, off County Mayo on the west coast of Ireland. The film features a cast of acting veterans, including James Cosmo, Bríd Brennan, Catherine Walker, and Nora-Jane Noone. The plot follows Grace, who hires a caretaker named Annie for her reclusive father, Howard. At first, Howard rejects the help but gradually begins to bond with Annie and reconsiders opening his heart to love again. The movie is written by Jimmy Karlson and Kirsi Vikman.
