350 gr nasi merah / nasi putih
50 gr sayuran, saya pakai buncis
2 batang daun bawang
1 telur asin

Bumbu :
1 sdm mentega tawar
3 siung bawang merah
1 siung bawang putih
1 sdt sambal oelek
kecap manis
minyak wijen
garam dan lada

Ingredients :
350 gr red rice / white rice
50 gr vegetables
2 stalks spring onion
1 salty egg

Seasoning :
1 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves of shallot
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp sambal oelek
sweet soy sauce / kecap manis
sesame oil
salt and pepper
