Mahalo to Nā Hoku Hanohano Award winning singer/songwriter Natalie Ai Kamauu and her ʻohana for their support of Aloha4Tonga and our Polynesian Cousins in the South Pacific.!

"Aloha4Tonga,” a fundraising event brings Hawaii's television stations together to raise money in support of the recent devastation in Tonga. All funds collected will go directly to the Consulate of Tonga, with assistance from the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA). It starts on March 4, 2022 with the LIVESTREAM on YouTube and Facebook at 6:30pm HST, continues with the televised portion (also streamed) at 7:00pm HST and the LIVESTREAM continues on YouTube and Facebook till at least 9:00pm HST.

“Aloha4Tonga” will feature musical performances and interviews filmed at the historic Hawaii Theatre, and hosted by broadcasters/organizers Shannon Scott, Lina Girl, Mele Apana and Billy V, along with Aloha Ambassador Kumu Hinaleimoana Wong-Kalu. Also stories from reporters Kamaka Pila, Davey D/Lei Uʻi Kaholokula and Billy V. Musical guests include Josh Tatofi, Nā Waihoʻoluʻu O Ke Ānuenue and the Siasi ʻO Tonga Tauʻatāina of Oʻahu Choir and more.

“Aloha4Tonga” can be viewed on K5 (Channel 6), KHII (Channel 5), KIKU (Spectrum 9/Hawaiian Telcom 20), ʻŌlelo (Channel 49) on Oʻahu and Akakū (Channel 55) on Maui on March 4, 2022 from 7:00-8:00pm.
