Neilson, a San Diego-based singer-songwriter, charts a musical journey from New Hampshire to California. Influenced by artists like John Mayer and Jeff Buckley, he honed his talent at University of New Haven. Neilson's first record was self-recorded at 19 was a personal musical breakthrough.

A surprising turn led him to serve the nation in the Navy, without abandoning music. During service, he released 'The Hemingway' EP and graced the stage at Lestat's West, a launching pad for artists like Jewel and Jason Mraz.

Post six years in the Navy, Neilson is back recording songs, including the upcoming single "Medicine Man."
