Resep Nasi Goreng Telur Asin (untuk 3-4 porsi)
Bahan:
600 gr nasi putih
1 sdm kecap ikan
7 siung bawang putih
8 siung bawang merah
7 buah cabai rawit merah
2 butir telur
2 batang daun bawang
2 sdm mentega
4-5 sdm bubuk telur asin
1 batang daun kari
2 sdm minyak
½ sdt garam
½ sdt kaldu jamur / penyedap
1 sdt gula pasir
Topping:
120 gr paha ayam filet
⅛ sdt lada putih
⅛ sdt garam
Langkah:
1. Cincang bawang putih, iris bawang merah, daun bawang, cabai rawit merah, dan lepaskan daun kari dari batang nya
2. Potong-potong ayam, marinasi dengan garam dan lada putih, aduk rata
3. Panaskan minyak, masukkan telur, aduk lalu masukkan bawang putih dan bawang merah, tumis hingga wangi
4. Masukkan ayam, tumis sesaat hingga sedikit kecokelatan lalu masukkan cabai rawit, daun kari, mentega dan bubuk telur asin, tumis beberapa saat
5. Masukkan nasi, kecap ikan, garam, kaldu jamur, gula, dan daun bawang, masak beberapa saat
6. Nasi goreng telur asin siap disajikan

Salted Egg Fried Rice Recipe (yield 3-4 servings)
Ingredients:
600 g rice
1 tbsp fish sauce
7 clove garlic
8 pc shallot
7 pc red Thai chili
2 pc egg
2 pc green onion
2 tbsp butter
4-5 tbsp salted egg powder
1 sprig curry leaf
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp mushroom stock powder / MSG
1 tsp sugar
Topping:
120 g chicken thigh filet
⅛ tsp white pepper
⅛ tsp salt
Steps:
1. Chop the garlic. Slice the shallots, green onions, and red Thai chili. Pick the curry leaves off of the stalk.
2. Slice the chicken and marinate it with salt and white pepper. Mix well.
3. Heat the oil. Add the eggs and stir, then add garlic and shallots. Cook until fragrant.
4. Add the chicken. Stir-fry for a moment until it’s lightly browned, then add Thai chili, curry leaves, butter, and salted egg powder. Cook for a moment.
5. Add the rice, fish sauce, salt, mushroom powder, sugar, and green onions. Cook for a moment.
6. Salted Egg Fried Rice is ready to serve.
