Who should attend? Foundation Phase and Intermediate Phase teachers, Life Skills and Natural Sciences teachers - looking for another fun resource about the body’s organs, Parents and educators wanting
TELL (Transplant Education for Living Legacies) invites you to join us for the live webinar introducing the Orgamites Teacher Programme—an engaging, values-driven life skills and health education toolkit designed for young learners. Discover how the Orgamites can help you teach children (age 5 - 11 years) about healthy habits, how the body works, kindness, and organ donation in a fun and age-appropriate way. The Orgamites or the ‘mighty organs’ are a team of life-saving organs found in each one of us. They represent the organs most needed for donation and transplantation.
August is now Orgust, National Organ and Tissue Awareness Month—a full month to rally behind our mighty organs and spread the word across South Africa in every school and home.
