Just weeks before his death, Ozzy Osbourne performed his last show with his heavy metal band Black Sabbath.

The band played for tens of thousands of fans at the sold-out farewell show in Birmingham, England, where the band was formed.

An emotional crowd watched as the singer performed his song Mama, I'm Coming Home.
