Michel Pagliaro's hit song 'Some Sing, Some' Dance! This may have been the first song I heard of Pagliaro's, even though 'Lovin' You Ain't Easy' came the year before. Two more hits from him in 1972 were 'Rainshowers' and 'J'etends frapper'. In 1975 came 'What the Hell I Got'. All great songs from my early radio listening days! I also got the 45 for this song from my brother :)) This multi-talented singer songwriter, sings in both French and English, his first language being French. Pagliaro was nominated for best Male Vocalist of the year at the Juno Awards in 1975. He is the first Canadian artist to have Top 40 hits in both French and English on the pop charts. In 2010 he was inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame. Pagliaro was huge in Canada through the 70's. I read he went to France in the early 80's, then returned to Quebec where he still performs. His last release was a 13 CD box set. I would love to have it!
