42g sugar
5g Salt
5g. Instant yeast
1nod. Egg
30g. Whipping cream or coconut milk
80g Pandan water( when blend can put 90g Water)
15-20 pandan leaves
25g soft butter
Mix all ingredients rest the dough overnight inside fridge
Temperature 150-170.c 15 minutes
This recipe no need knead just left the dough overnight to let the dough rest enough
