Raise your hand if you know what I’m talking about! 👋 Some of these may sound silly, but for the recovering people-pleaser, it takes time to learn that these things are *not* actually rude. Even something as simple as sending back the wrong order at a restaurant a way of putting our own needs first, and if we’ve never done that before, it can be nerve-wracking. So kudos to every recovering people-pleaser who is learning to put themselves first in ways big *and* small!
