Sometimes, or many times…
It is hard to let go of what no longer is working…
What doesn’t serve our highest good…
What doesn’t feed our souls….

EASIER DONE THAN SAID, CORRECT??

We are all evolving, growing wiser and more mature as we age. What is crucial to know in the evolution experience is that when we reach certain points in our lives, we will experience change – it is inevitable at unmistakable pivot points in our lives. And how do we deal with this change??

We CHOOSE to allow our past to be simply experiences ….. OLD stories....

They sometimes hurt extremely... but they are what keep up bogged down in any of the negative emotions: regret, shame, guilt, resentment, the idea of loss and what that does to our souls...
We HAVE TO LET IT ALL GO ...I'm speaking just as much to myself here when I say that to you all

We are ever creating the new to adorn our new lives, our new incarnation, so to speak…....

We let go of ANYTHING that doesn’t serve our highest good because, not only do we deserve it as heirs and children of God, but it was what we were born to do and what we are destined for.

Releasing the old – that which no longer serves you... it is not easy --- ever.
But it is necessary to invite the new.
First comes the energetic invite….
Then comes the manifestation…..
Then comes the willingness to let it in
