CrossYoga is Christ Centered Yoga or 'Christian yoga'. We use different yoga styles. Everything from Flow / Vinyasa yoga, Hatha / Slow yoga, Yin yoga (many stretches), Power yoga, Yoga for teens (TeenYoga), Children's yoga, Chair yoga etc. CrossYoga does not promote any particular form of movement or yoga style, but the content communicated along the way is different from other yoga styles.
CrossYoga is based on Christian faith.
You can try CrossYoga if you are new to yoga and if you are experienced in yoga!
