Along with Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, I spent my early teenage years obsessed with Bob Marley and his music. All three were Kings in their own right, and yet, few possessed the raw spirituality and purity of voice that Bob Marley had. Time and time again, if someone asks me "Whose voice do you wish you could have for a day?" The response is always "Bob Marley." Ever faithful, ever living, ever sure, his voice is as honest as it gets. To this day, that is what is most important to me when it comes to music, songwriting and living.
