THE WRESTLER è il singolo estratto da @reverend_makers, il terzo album dei REVEREND AND THE MAKERS, gruppo/progetto di Jon McClure.
Il gruppo indie-pop di Sheffield sa come far parlare di sé, e intitola il proprio album, per la prima volta nella storia della musica, in onore del popolare social network Twitter.
Il singolo che ne è stato estratto, "The Wrestler", ha la giusta carica electro-rock per conquistare le classifiche.


@Reverend_Makers is the upcoming third album by Reverend and The Makers, which is scheduled for release on 18 June 2012.
The album's name is @Reverend_Makers, for the reason that McClure could not think of anything which summed up modern times better than the '@' symbol. The album name is the first music record to take its name from a micro-blogging site. Also, McClure joked that the band originally wanted to call the album 'Out of the Shadows' but thought it sounded too much like Alan Partridge's 'Bouncing Back'. The band also debated calling the record 'Pure Bangers'. but McClure decided it sounded like an Ibiza club mix.
