FAQ
Q: Where can I learn more about Carlos Rafael Rivera?
A: Here

A: Here:

Q: What do the colors mean?
A: Colors are assigned to pitches according to a system I call "harmonic coloring" in which the notes arranged in a circle of fifths are mapped to hues arranged in a color wheel. You can read more about this here:
http://www.musanim.com/HarmonicColoring/
The non-pitched sounds (percussion) are all colored gray.
Q: What do the shapes mean?
A: The shapes indicate the manner of playing (pizzicato, harmonic, ordinario). For the percussion sounds, each finger is given its own shape (the one at the top is a finger with a ring on it, which makes it especially bright).
Q: Didn't you already do a video of this?
A: Yes, yes I did. However, it turned out that it wasn't possible for me to get the rights to the audio (with the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet), so it was blocked in some countries. I asked the composer, and he said that I was free to use the version recorded by the New Zealand Guitar Quartet, so I re-did it.
