Sakuraren is a performing group that showcases a Japanese traditional dance called Awa Odori. The group was established in 2013, and it has been performing at Japanese cultural events, workshops and schools throughout the Bay Area. Awa Odori is a dance of celebration and a dance for all. Sakura Ren always ends its performance with the invitation for the audience to join and dance with the group. So please feel free to dance as you watch the performance video!
