Description
This is an old SBS TV Station theme song I found, which I have fond memories of watching back in the 90's. It's inspiring and at the same time effective in its message that 'we are one'. Bahá'u'lláh shares - "The earth is but one country and mankind its citizens."
The song is called "Sweet Lullaby" composed by Deep Forest in 1992. The video was directed by an Indian man called Tarsem Singh.
The lyrics refer to a young orphan being comforted by his older brother despite the loss of their parents. However the film clip is of a little girl traveling around the world on her tricycle while the lullaby is played in the background, eventually returning home to hear the lullaby while in her mother's arms. The short film was accompanied by the subtext "The world is an amazing place".
