Description
The Caminito Del Rey in southern Spain was at one time considered the most dangerous hike in the world. That is no longer the case, but the walk is still one of the most spectacular! It's nearly eight kilometers through a magnificent gorge, much of the journey on an elevated walkway that is secured to the side of a cliff.
On a day trip out of Malaga, I navigated my way over the path and also made stops in the town of Antequera and at ancient burial sites called dolmens, which are situated nearby.

I am a couple of years into full-time travel. I choose destinations that are located all around the world and show what those places are like from my perspective. I subscribe to the slow travel method and I make all of these journeys by myself. Solo travel can be extremely liberating.
I invite you to see the places that I have been. That might give you ideas about where you would like to travel and possibly, areas that you want to avoid. If you are content staying at home, this channel will serve to provide you with a window onto the world. Either way, you will see some amazing sights, every time you click play!
