"CHR" is the abbreviation of "Contemporary Hit Radio"... being this a remix made to give the song more "impact" on contemporary radio stations at the time it was released.
Altought at a first listening the differences are not big, because the song structure remains as the usual album vresion, this remix (just like the "Alternative Rock Version" alredady available on Youtube on another channel) has different arrangements and sound layers all around, making this my favourite of the promo versions of this song.
