Teana & Tiida first came to our attention with their debut release which was in February of 2010 with their 'Tiida EP' on Spring Tube. This release was a three track EP and was one of Spring Tube's finest. It was at the top of the Release promo charts for several weeks and saw support from: Jody Wisternoff, Serge Devant, Darin Epsilon, Royal Sapien, Cid Inc. and many others. Teana & Tiida's first offering for Deepsessions is entitled 'Mountaque' and it's a huge package with the remixes being supplied by: Matteo Monero, Stanisha and Stefan DJordjevic.

The 'Mountaque' original starts the package off in a truly spectaculr fashion. Waves of gated vocals and gorgeous clusters of melodic keys fill the air. A shuffling rhythm soon begins to take shape and some angelic sounds synth swells get added to the mix along with a great set of breakbeats. The vocals and the keys sound absolutely out of this world, really gorgeous production on them. A brief drop sets up the introduction of a straight 4/4 groove which sounds fabulous underneath the aforementioned melodic and vocal brilliance, given it's structure this would be a perfect intro track. Top track from Teana & Tiida!

Italy's Matteo Monero has grown into one of the most in demand remixers this year. His productions have graced top imprints: Mistiquemusic, Underground City Music and Indigo Records. Here he returns to Deepsessions for his second outing and provides the first remix of 'Mountaque'. Matteo has delivered a floaty, breaks interpretation of the highest order complete with a gorgeous atmosphere and tight refined groove. It's the delicate subtleties of the mix that are really impressive here. Superb stuff from Matteo as usual!

Stanisha's remix of Oleg Nych's 'Last Epic End' from last week was a Release Promo office favorite. The Serbian producer has grown immensely this year and he just keeps getting better and better. With each production his sounds are becoming fresher and more vibrant and his delivered another knockout with his remix of 'Mountaque'. A straight groove that's layered with a wicked breakbeat makes up the foundation and heavily processed snips of the vocal add some nice accents to the tough groove. A simple sequence of soft stabs provides a great hook and slowly scattered sections of the keys form the original find their way into the mix. it's a constantly evolving journey from Stanisha that really hits the spot.

Stefan DJordjevic first came to our attention with his remix of Selim's Gaston's 'Kingdom Of Heaven' which marked the Serbian producer's first appearance on Deepsessions. It's smooth modern groove shot up the Release Promo Hype Charts instantly and sat comfortably in the Top 20 for several weeks. Stefan returns to Deepsessions for his fourth appearance on the label and provides the final remix of 'Mountaque'. It's another top interpretation from Stefan with smooth flowing lines and a great mid-set energy. The spacey stabs really stand out with their amazing dynamic quality and give the mix that extra main room energy. A very solid package and one of the best this year on Deepsessions!
