Barbecue, the best of 2023. The year was incredible in Brazil, especially in the south of the country, for those who are passionate about barbecue, that is, the vast majority of the population. There were dozens of events, where thousands of people enjoyed different types of cuts, made with mastery by barbecue chefs who love what they do.
In steakhouses, community parties and events open to the public, and even in solidarity actions, barbecue once again stood out. It is definitely the favorite food not only in the South, but throughout Brazil.
