Octogenarian and drummer Louis Hayes, a relative of Purple Rain, "Prince"; Vincent Herring, saxophone, formerly of Nat Cannonball Adderley jazz band; Jeremy Pelt,Downbeat Magazine, "Rising Trumpeter Star; Dezron Douglas, bandleader, bassist; and Rick Germanson, grand prize winner of the American Pianist's Association.
