How many programmes have added a "Cousin Oliver" to the show and stayed on the air? Probably just "THE LOVE BOAT." Jill Whelan guest-starred first on "THE LOVE BOAT", then starred in a programme you've probably never seen before called "FRIENDS." When that one was ignomiously cancelled, she was immediately brought back to to role of Vicki for the next eight years.
Vicki was the most incredibly perfect teen ever in the history of television. She didn't go to school, never went gaga over boys nor the movie star passengers, never did drugs, nor hit on Isaac to get inside his....bar. She even worked underage without a permit and for free!
