this is a lofi mix of some favorites mixed with the voice of Duncan Trussell in one of his podcasts on dealing with trauma and anxiety

This project was put together by Kevin Clancy out of Kansas City Missouri, and is just the first part of a multi speaker series, That will be released on a (hopefully) regular basis on this channel. Animation by Aisle 4 Ent
Making these takes alot of research and editing, but the final product is something special and I hope you find as much peace in listening to this as I did creating it.
