Here is my music video for The Midnight’s new single, Love Is An Ocean featuring scenes from Kathryn Bigelow’s 1991 film, Point Break. I wanted to use a 80’s/early 90’s action romance film to use as a backdrop for this amazing new single. It didn’t take me long to land on Point Break. It’s one of my favorite action films and just has so many good moments, action, car chases, surfing and I could go on and on. Keanu Reeves, Lori Petty, Patrick Swayze & Gary Busey, how could you go wrong?! I also threw in a few scenes from To Live & Die In LA for some landscape shots. I cannot wait for the Midnight’s new album to come out, judging by this new single, it’s going to be one of their best! Hope you enjoy this as much as I did making it! Thanks for watching!
