In October of 2015 my wife and I met up with two blokes from Newcastle, UK for a blues music pilgrimage from Chicago to New Orleans, LA for the Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival. We saw some great blues every single night of the trip. Since we started in Chicago, we dropped by Kingston Mines for some Ronnie Hicks and Mike Wheeler.
