Description
After taking over the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, Warren Covington embarked on big recording project at DECCA Records which included an album full of Cha-Cha's. Cha-Cha's were very popular in the late 1950's with Latin dancers and Warren's album proved such a hit, that a second Cha-Cha album was recorded. The standout number from the first album was this rendition of the old, popular song "Tea For Two." It was such a hit with the buying (and dancing) public that DECCA released it as a 78 RPM that year. DECCA Records No. 30704.
