Description
The Train Robbers (1973) directed by Burt Kennedy features Ann - Margret as a widow, who enlists the aid of three gunmen in retrieving the gold her husband had stolen. Although not the strongest of John Wayne's westerns, it remains an enjoyable addition to the Duke's later movies. The rousing score was provided by the underrated Dominic Frontiere, which is represented here by a short suite.
