In this video I am checking out what I think could be THE BEST guitar bargain of 2025... the PRS HDRX20. This amp is currently on sale at Peach Guitars for just £399 and at that price, it won't hang around long.

The HDRX20 is PRS's version of Hendrix's famous Woodstock Amp. Paul Reed Smith and Doug Sewell were granted access to this legendary amp by the Hendrix estate and they decide to figure out what makes it tick and build their own version of it. The 20 is the smallest in the line, there is also a 50 and 100w version.

Utilizing a single channel with bass and treble gain controls, a master volume, a mid gain boost and a bright switch, you can dial in everything from touch sensitive cleans to high gain Plexi style tones.

The guitars used in the video are the Baum Guitars Celestor and the Stanford Guitars Fleetwood. The amp is being recorded via the Two Notes Torpedo Captor X.
