Loneliness. A feeling that we can all relate to maybe a bit more than usual during this quarantine.

This song struck me as an amazing way to express the deep routed uneasiness many of us feel when we don't know what is going to happen next. When we're stuck at home alone locked away with our thoughts and feelings.

While, all things considered, I'm doing "quite well" during this quarantine, I can only imagine that there are many of us who are not. The lyrics of this song, in my opinion, show deep parallels to the downward spirals people could take during hard times, Especially, the last couple lines.

"Treat me like direct deposit,
Check-in on me sometimes.
Ask me how I'm really doing,
so I never have to call that 9-1-1."

I've been thinking about making another #MusicEdit like this for a while, and this one felt especially relevant because of lockdown and May being Mental Health Awareness Month.
