This S2 track is by either Ayşe Önder, Ümit Önder, Levent Güneş, or Mayki Murat Başaran (Kalan Music). What led me to believe that is the presence of their names in the credits of the episodes that featured this track.
Unfortunately, this track isn't released to the public, but thankfully it was easy to extract it from Ep45 (of the original Turkish version) because it plays in the background while Yasemin is silently strolling towards Mert's house to finally disclose to him the identity of his real father.
