Description
Semper Paratus means "Always Ready". This is a 16mm film I acquired some time ago. It appears to have been created around WWII. There is a soundie Semper Paratus that uses stock footage, but this is not it. The film does have some physical problems, as you can see. The film is warping and is particularly bad at the end.
