“When I first heard this song it sounded enough like the record that it got my attention thinking. Who is this? Then when the vocals came in, I really started listening because it sounded good, someone singing in that lower register. Then when the vocals went up into that supersonic register like the original. I thought holy shit who is this? "Dreams" is one of the most difficult songs I've ever sang in my life. The performance totally pulled me in. It definitely got my attention. I was blown away when it was over. How soulful and deep this artist went with this already soulful & very deep song.
