The Bends, the newest single from my Glimmers EP 🌟 The term ‘glimmers’ is used in the mental health space - they’re the opposite of triggers. They’re moments that bring joy, peace or safety throughout your day. I wanted to channel those feelings into this music, so when I listen back, I feel those glimmers and know I’ve moved into the next phase within myself.
