I'm back! Hi all! (Minor flashing lights warning)

Okay, this piece is sort of rushed and basic. I started this one right before a hospitalization and completed it after coming home. That being said- Rosacea is a loved OC of mine but her ability isn't one I've talked about before. With a powerful sister, Sayonara, who can see how a person will die so long as she spills enough blood to get a clear view, Rosacea often gets overlooked. That's mainly due to the fact that her ability only works with two eyes and, in an attempt to get into OutRim, she scooped out one of them with a spoon. OutRim studies such abilities and does their best to probe her for any possibilities that her power will reemerge. But what is her power exactly? Her ability, foresight, makes her capable of seeing the future. So whereas Sayonara can see the end of one's life, Rosacea can see where lives currently being lived go in the near future. But it's a fine art with a lot of peculiarities, only having been used correctly a handful of times when Rosacea was younger. When she attempts to use her abilities without the use of both eyes, her body begins to force stale blood out of her facial openings, often appearing blackened and running uncontrollably.
Anyway, this is sort of a soft intro to her full story, one that I didn't have a lot of time to explore in this animation. But yeah, it's there for what it's worth.
