It all started with an Instagram live. During the “time off” during the pandemic, I would jump on a livestream, coffee in hand, every Tuesday at midday. Being overly caffeinated and lacking anything new to sing that week I declared “Today we’ll write a song!” Over the next few weeks during my live midday sessions, both the melody and lyrics popped out, inspired by how people described their ways of finding peace in a crazy time. - David Howley
