Heavy Weather is a landmark jazz fusion album released in 1977 by the American band Weather Report. It marked a turning point in the group’s evolution, showcasing a more accessible and melodic approach while retaining their signature complexity and virtuosity.

This album was the first to feature bassist Jaco Pastorius as a full-time member, and his influence is unmistakable.
