#1. Talk about the things you do outside of work that are productive and useful.
#2. It is perfectly acceptable to say you spend your time with your family, relaxing and enjoying life.
#3 If you have any hobbies or pastimes that are interesting, talk about them and explain how they help improve your wellbeing.
#4. If you undertake any fitness or outdoor activities, talk about how this helps improve your concentration levels and your performance at work.
#5. If you have any hobbies or interests where you are learning something new, definitely talk about these!
