I'm in no way trying to say that the bass is the most important instrument. But it is an instrument that should be in metal and shouldn't be so quiet in the mix. I also know that the songs in this video where made and mixed to have bass in them. This video is more based on the "bass makes no difference" or "you cant hear the bass" arguments.
