Kol Nidre (annulment of vows) traditionally seen as one of the most important prayers of the year. It's the opening prayer of Yom Kippur service which is recited at sundown on Yom Kippur eve.
The service consists of the opening of the Ark and taking out the Torah scrolls, reciting the Kol Nidrei and returning the Torah scrolls to the Ark.
